FAST IMAGE PROCESSING

The images are continuously analyzed with SWIFT-EYE processing unit, employing our own specialized high-speed algorithms for reliable and accurate real-time particle measurements. Each measured particle is analysed in terms of size and various shape parameters.

INTER-PARTICLE COATING UNIFORMITY

With advanced analysis of particle size distributions and their change throughout the coating process, inter-particle coating uniformity can be monitored. Within this analysis, the dependency of coating thickness gain on particle size is presented.

Intra-particle coating uniformity is becoming an important property, especially with particle coating in pahrmaceutical industry for modified release drugs or with protective coatings. Throughout a coating process, the coating thickness along the average particle outline is analyzed.
